I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT? 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. 

We generally process orders within 4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT? 

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. 

 

I’M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE OR I HAVE A FIT QUESTION. HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

I’M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK IN MY SIZE! WHAT CAN I DO? 

New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon! Please don't hesitate to email us at kissandsun@gmail.com and we'll notify you when we have your item in stock. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Of course we try to work on orders as soon as possible to minimize the wait time. We ship all of our products via Local Post Service, most domestic packages will arrive within 5-7 business days depending on location. International orders will arrive within 10-12 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION? 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, received and if there is any delays in shipping. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add kissandsun@gmail.com to your safe sender list.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED? 

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. 

However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES? 

 

Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Customs Value: Shop Kiss&Sun is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all shipments. 

We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation..

 

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS? 

We are open for business Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm Caribbean Time 

Emails sent over the weekend will be answered on the following business day.

International Shipping

International orders generally ship in 1-2 business days. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Returns & exchanges

Merchandise is accepted for exchange or store credit if returned in salable condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the original invoice. 
 

Returns 


Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

 We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at kissandsun.com. Please contact a Customer Service Representative 

at kissandsun@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange, your order number and we will get back to you within 48 hours. 

 

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed. 

 


Store credit / Gift returns 


If you return an item and do not want an exchange, you will be issued a Kiss&Sun online gift certificate. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is 

included on your return/exchange mail to kissandsun@gmail.com.

 Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 
 

Exchanges 

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. 

Specify the exchange item and the new color / size or and style on the return/exchange mail to kissandsun@gmail.com. Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges. If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by Shop Kiss&Sun, or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. 

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
